An opportunity to explore strength's led alternatives in deficit systems

At Diverse Pathways, we share strengths led ideas for people working with children aged 0 to 8.

Neurodiversity affirming practice is not about fixing children or labelling them as problems. It is about creating environments, relationships, and routines that help children with developmental differences and disabilities to thrive.

This online summit is about what actually works in real early years spaces, not what looks good on paper.

You will hear from people who care for and educate children every day, alongside parents, carers and specialists. Together, we will explore neurodiversity in action, and how we build solidarity around children, not systems.

Join the interest list to be the first to hear about speakers, early bird tickets, and build-up CPD before the event.
