Educator Spiky Profile

A Spiky profile is the recognition that some people's strengths and weakness are more pronounced. For example, neurodivergent educators may have distinct strengths in certain areas, and have greater struggle in other areas. This can be challenging in environments where there is an expectation for consistency or being an all-rounder. The educator role is multi-faceted, complex and labour intensive.
